New Zealand EOI and application process
Immigration to New Zealand is a two-part process; applicants are required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) prior to being invited to apply for residence.
At present, the pass mark for submitting an EOI is 100 points.
Expressions of Interest are pooled and ranked from highest to lowest points. Regular selections are made from the pool with those with the top points invited to apply for residence.
