Points for English Language Ability
Proficient English – this requires a score of 7.0 or more on all 4 components of the IELTs Test 25
Competent English – this requires a score of 6.0 or more on all 4 components of the IELTs Test 15

For 60 point applicants with 3 out of the last 4 years work experience, immediately before you apply, in your nominated or a closely related occupation. 10
For 60, 50 or 40 point applicants with 3 out of the last 4 years work experience, immediately before you apply, in ANY skilled occupation 5

If your nominated occupation is on the MODL list and you have a job offer 20
