The Job:

Trelleborg Offshore’s future growth is dependent on the development of innovative solutions for current and new markets. The brief is to determine the technology agenda as a member of the Executive team. Responsible for the innovation process, the successful candidate will inspire their team to research and develop solutions for demanding industrial environments leading to maximum sales opportunities globally. They will be a visionary with proven ability leading an innovation team. Accustomed to working in a client-facing role supporting business development, they will identify product development opportunities. With stature and excellent relationship management skills they will have the ability to ‘sell’ ideas to clients and to the Executive team.
