| The Job: | Oxfam GB is proud to be working with and supporting others, in many of the significant changes taking place in Southern Africa. They are looking for an inspirational leader to implement their strategic vision for the region and head up the entire operation. This role represents a tremendous challenge (the successful candidate will be controlling a budget of some £19 million and co-ordinating the efforts of a geographically widespread 220-strong team). But it’s not just the people of Southern Africa who’ll benefit. As part of Oxfam’s International Strategic Management Team, the successful candidate will have a profound influence on both Oxfam GB and Oxfam International’s global direction. |
